We love windfarms.

I know a lot of people don't like the huge wind generators, but not us.  We saw several blades being transported down the interstate on appropriately huge trucks.  It's quite a site.  Apparently Oklahoma is the 8th when it comes to wind energy potential.  California is 17th, but produces the most wind generated energy of all the states.  This is a picture of one from the road and I've added a couple of pictures from last years trip.  To contrast, I've included a picture of a "town" of oil rigs, most of which are now abandoned.
